We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable A Level Psychology and Sociology teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the department, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of an engaging curriculum that enables all students to achieve excellent progress.
We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers with a strong background in social sciences, particularly within the post-16 sector. Candidates should demonstrate secure and up-to-date subject knowledge, with essential experience or familiarity in teaching A Level Psychology and Sociology.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills, alongside a strong commitment to student success. You will be a collaborative team player who values working closely with colleagues and is willing to contribute fully to the wider life of the department and college.
Alongside this, we are seeking to appoint an additional 0.36 contract for a teacher of Social Sciences (teaching A level Psychology or Sociology and level 2 social sciences). We invite candidates who may be interested in part time hours across 2 posts.
