We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking Digital Learning Technologist to join our collaborative Digital Team. If you are passionate about exploring new tech, empowering others, and making a tangible difference in a vibrant educational community, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Explore & Experiment: Dive into the latest innovations, piloting cutting-edge AI tools and Microsoft 365 (M365) applications to see how they can supercharge teaching, learning, and operations across our colleges.
  • Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to co-create smart, automated solutions that make daily life easier for our central services and college support teams.
  • Build & Enhance: Take ownership of our SharePoint student and staff hubs, and help evolve our Teams Classroom environment into a dynamic space for teaching, learning and collaboration.
  • Empower Others: Break down technical barriers by helping to upskill our wonderful staff and students, ensuring everyone has the confidence to thrive in a digital world.

What You’ll Bring

We welcome diverse perspectives and backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching, digital technologies or a relevant level 5 computing or teaching qualification, a high level of digital literacy, and good numeracy and literacy skills. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365) packages and their application, excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once. You’ll be a great fit if you have a curious mind, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine enthusiasm for educational technology. Whether your expertise comes from traditional tech routes or unique professional experiences, more than anything we value your potential, your drive to learn, and your ability to inspire others.

The successful candidate will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Check.
