We are a small team with big ambitions for the future! We’re looking for a subject specialist to lead our Core Skills team. Core Skills includes the following subjects: Digital, Employability, English, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Maths.
In the role you will be responsible for organising a programme of learning which supports local community needs and positively contributes toward inclusion and social mobility. You will be a passionate professional with a demonstrable track record of improving outcomes for learners, and positively impacting on the quality of Teaching, Learning and Assessment within a collaborative environment.
You should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of teaching, learning or assessment in at least one of the subject areas and hold relevant teaching or assessing qualifications.
The successful candidate will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
