We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Reception Supervisor at the Courtyard by Marriott - Luton Airport. As the Hotel Reception Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our reception desk.

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Excellence: You will lead a team of enthusiastic front desk agents, inspiring them to provide outstanding service with a smile. Your charm and exceptional communication skills will ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, making them feel like royalty from the moment they step through our doors.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a hotel reception department is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional language proficiency is a bonus.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management systems.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24/7.
