We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Reception Supervisor at the Courtyard by Marriott - Luton Airport. As the Hotel Reception Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our reception desk.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Excellence: You will lead a team of enthusiastic front desk agents, inspiring them to provide outstanding service with a smile. Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management systems.
