Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients.
- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a safe and organised workspace.
- Handle deliveries, unpacking and storing goods in designated areas.
- Support the kitchen team with ad‑hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
Requirements
