Responsibilities

  • Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve.
  • Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
  • Ensure that all guests' wishes are met as reasonably possible, showing passion and pride for the hotel.
  • Have expert knowledge of the food and wine we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up-to-date with our latest seasonal menus to drive sales.
  • Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently.
  • Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
  • Maintain an eye for detail and uphold very high standards for service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness.
  • Keep the restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times, maintaining our standards.
