Responsibilities
- Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve.
- Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
- Ensure that all guests' wishes are met as reasonably possible, showing passion and pride for the hotel.
- Have expert knowledge of the food and wine we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up-to-date with our latest seasonal menus to drive sales.
- Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently.
- Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
- Maintain an eye for detail and uphold very high standards for service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness.
- Keep the restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times, maintaining our standards.

The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool opened in 2024 under the IHG Vignette Brand, the first of the Luxury lifestyle Brands in the UK. Managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
