Role Overview

As the Assistant Night Manager, you will be an essential part of our night operations team, supporting the Night Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe running of the hotel throughout the night. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You will be the first point of contact for guests during the night, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally while maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Night Manager in overseeing all night-time hotel operations, ensuring high standards of guest service and safety.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during night hours, providing a warm and efficient welcome.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and support night staff, including housekeeping and security personnel, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
