We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Night Auditor at Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport. Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport is a 130 bedroom hotel established in 2020, situated on the doorstep of Inverness Airport. The hotel is managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service to guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm welcome and a professional, guest-centric experience.
- Guest Engagement: Greet guests with a smile, anticipate needs, and strive to exceed expectations to make their stay memorable.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest requests, complaints, and challenging situations with attention to detail and efficiency, turning obstacles into opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including the daytime reception team, providing a full update and handover to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; full on-the-job training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional language proficiency is a bonus.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as the hotel operates 24/7.
