We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Night Team Member in The Halyard Hotel. Lighthouse Hotel Management are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused person to join the Nights Team at our dual property at The Halyard at The Rope Walks and Holiday Inn Express Central on a Full Time basis. You will play an integral part within a wider team, ensuring our guests are happy and safe throughout the night.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing warm, professional service to guests throughout the night
- Supporting with late check-ins, early departures, and everything in between
- Assisting with overnight cleaning and preparing the hotel for the day ahead
- Carrying out basic night audit tasks and reporting as required
- Ensuring safety, security, and a calm atmosphere throughout the hotel
- Working closely with the Nights Supervisor and wider team to keep standards high
What We’re Looking For
- A natural people-person who’s comfortable working through the night
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is helpful (but not essential)
- Calm, reliable and proactive – especially in quiet or unexpected moments
- Detail-focused and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
- Able to work shifts that include weekends and bank holidays
Where Will You Be Working?
As a dual property you will be working with The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool, which is a new hotel opened under the IHG Vignette Brand, the first of the Luxury lifestyle Brand in the UK. As well as The Holiday Inn Express Central, another new build property under the IHG Brand. Both managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
