Alfanar Energy UK, via our subsidiary Lighthouse Green fuels, are developing the largest Advanced Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) project in Europe, utilising first-of-it’s-kind technology and attracting a £1.5billion investment package. This is a key role for us as we scale the team to take on the expanding scope of the project, and will have responsibility for both operational and corporate HSE leadership for the UK. The role will report into the UK Country Manager. Please note no sponsorship is available for this role. Profile: Highly experienced in HSE leadership within the Energy, Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors in the UK Experience in developing & implementing corporate procedures, management systems and a safety culture across a growing organisation Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills Engineering degree Responsibilities: Provide HSE Leadership and Management of the UK Organisation Ensure that Alfanar corporate policies and procedures are implemented in the UK organization Be responsible for the development of local HSE Programs in compliance with local and state regulations relevant to the organization’s operations in the UK Ensure sufficient EH&S training is provided to all employees Lead HSE Auditing and ensure its compliance Lead and be accountable for the the HSE activities of the Lighthouse Green Fuels Project Lead and be accountable for the HSE activities of the Lighthouse Green Fuels Operating Site If you’re a dynamic HSE leader with strong operational and corporate experience in the UK O&G or Petrochem sectors, we encourage you to apply today!
