As a Vehicle Production Artist, you will help drive the quality of the content our Outsource Partners create.

You will be experienced in vehicle content pipelines, with particular strengths in efficient modelling, materials and texturing processes.

You'll be supported by the leadership of the vehicle art discipline and will collaborate with wider departments to execute on the artistic vision.

  • Key Duties Include
  • Reviewing the work of our Partners in line with our Quality Bar
  • Engages with opportunities to increase team productivity
  • Ensure production of vehicle assets conform to the defined technical and artistic requirements
  • Provide support to facilitate the quality and consistency the internal and external teams
  • Self-managing personal deliverables, ensuring they meet the defined objectives, quality bar, and schedule
  • Support and inspire our junior vehicle artists

Qualifications

  • Experienced in the creation of high quality, high resolution 3D Vehicles
  • Strong experience in creation of 'Physically Based Rendering' assets
  • Experienced with texture authoring tools such as Photoshop and Substance
  • An excellent understanding of the mechanical composition of vehicles
  • Well practiced in precision modelling techniques
  • Extensive experience with 3D modelling tools such as 3ds Max, Maya or equivalent
  • An understanding of automotive design principals such as ergonomics
  • Organised and disciplined
  • A willingness to collaborate
  • Professional approach
  • A high standard of verbal and written communication skills
