As a UI Engineer, you will be at the intersection of design and technology, responsible for developing engaging and user-friendly interface components for our games.

You will collaborate closely with artists and designers to transform concepts into functional elements while ensuring optimal performance and a cohesive user experience.

  • Key Duties Include
  • Implement and maintain user interface systems within the game engine, ensuring high-quality performance.
  • Collaborate with design and art teams to create and optimise UI elements and components.
  • Translate design mockups and prototypes into functional user interfaces.
  • Optimise UI layouts for different screen sizes and resolutions.
  • Debug and troubleshoot UI-related issues throughout the development process.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in UI development.
  • Previous experience as a UI Engineer or similar role in the gaming or tech industry.
  • Proficient in C++ for UI development.
  • Familiar with Unreal Engine.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
