As our Senior UI Artist, you will collaborate with a talented team of artists, game designers, and developers to create ground‑breaking and genre‑defining player experiences for our games.

Your primary focus will be on innovating, designing and implementing user interface solutions, with an outlook to deliver a frictionless player experience.

To provide artistic guidance to more junior team members and ensuring they deliver high‑quality UI concepts that align with the artistic vision of our projects.

  • Key Duties Include
  • Create high-quality and visually stunning UI assets, icons, and animations.
  • Create wireframes, mock‑ups, and prototypes to present UI concepts and iterate based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with the game design, art direction, and development teams to understand project requirements.
  • Design, create, and implement industry‑leading UI elements, including menus, HUDs, icons, buttons, and other interactive components.
  • Be responsible for innovating new solutions and pushing the boundaries of our craft whilst keeping on‑brand, and aligned with the overall artistic direction of the game.
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement screens and assets into the game engine while considering performance and technical constraints.
  • Develop and maintain UI style guides and documentation to ensure consistency across multiple projects and platforms.
  • Work closely with the UI team, play testers and games designers to refine and optimise user interactions and flows.
  • Develop animation and motion graphics for UI elements to create fluid and premium UX.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and advancements in game UI design.
  • A proven track record as a UI artist in the games industry, with demonstrable experience on AAA or successful indie game titles.
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional UI design skills and a diverse range of styles and approaches.
  • A strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and how they apply to games.
  • Proficiency in industry‑standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles and best practices.
  • Adept with motion graphics and animation, elevating the quality and feel of the player experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to give detailed and helpful feedback to team members.
  • A passion for video games and an understanding of player psychology and behaviours.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
