We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development process from start to finish, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, and to the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including artists, designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to drive the successful completion of our games.
Key Duties Include:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery and adherence to milestones.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to interdisciplinary teams, including developers, artists, designers, and QA testers.
- Identify potential risks and challenges early in the development process and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Proactively resolve conflicts and obstacles to minimise disruptions and keep projects on track.
- Manage the end‑to‑end development process of multiple gaming projects, from concept to release.
- Maintain a keen eye for quality and ensure that all aspects of the game meet established standards and objectives.
