We’re excited to announce an opening for an Art Director to help steer the artistic vision of an exciting new open‑world game. In this crucial role, you’ll lead the art team in defining a cohesive visual experience while ensuring the artistic ambitions are effectively communicated across the project. Your expertise will help guide discipline leads in delivering exceptional quality throughout all stages of development, ensuring professional growth through mentorship and support. As a creative leader, you will collaborate closely with the Technical Art team to tackle visual challenges, blending technical processes with elegant artistic choices. You’ll engage with experienced peers across disciplines such as Design, Engineering, and Technical Art in a studio culture where collaboration is fundamental to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and champion the artistic vision for the project, maintaining the highest standards
  • Oversee and art direct all art sub‑disciplines including Environment, Animation, and UI
  • Establish and uphold visual benchmarks and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading art direction on AAA projects
