As a Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of video games from concept to release. You will work closely with a team of developers, artists, designers, and other professionals to ensure that the game meets its deadlines, budget, and quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing the project features, including personnel, equipment, and software tools.

Key Duties Include

  • Manage the entire game development process, from concept to release.
  • Work with the development team to define the game's vision, scope, and objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, ensuring that everyone is up-to-date on the project's progress.
  • Work closely with feature teams to help plan and execute tasks, utilizing both Agile and Waterfall workflows where most applicable.
  • Ensure that the game meets its quality standards, including gameplay, graphics, sound, and performance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the project's features.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps.
  • Experience working within a software development environment, whether Video Games or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of the game development process, including design, art, programming, and quality assurance.
  • Effective and comfortable communicator.

  • Experience working on a AAA title seeing the project from start to finish.
