Lighthouse Futures Trust in Leeds is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support neurodivergent young adults through a Pre internship and employability programme. You will build positive relationships with students, carers and employers, guiding progress, recording outcomes and promoting independence and confidence throughout the journey.
You will plan engaging sessions and workshops, assess risk and safeguarding, and work with the SENCO and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
