Lighthouse Communications is recruiting a Consultant to join our award-winning team. With a strong and growing client base, 2026 marks an exciting next chapter for the agency and an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, ideally with some workplace experience, to build a career in communications.
The Role
- Supporting the delivery of client communications programmes and activity
- Drafting high-quality content including press releases, social media copy and briefings
- Assisting with client engagement and relationship management
- Media monitoring, research and reporting
- Working closely with senior colleagues across a range of clients and sectors
About You
This role will suit someone with strong communication skills, a professional mindset and an interest in working in a client-facing consultancy environment, who has:
- A degree in communications, PR, journalism, marketing or a related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is organised, proactive and keen to learn
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based agency environment
- Placement or internship experience is a plus, but not essential
