The Role: Behavior Technician

Are you passionate, high-energy, and ready to make a real difference? We are looking for Behavior Technicians to join our team!

In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism and other special needs, implementing their personalized therapy plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will build meaningful relationships with kids and their families, directly contributing to their growth and quality of life.

Pay Range: $22–$25 per hour (plus plenty of room to grow!)

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement creative and effective ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Deliver personalized, high-energy therapy sessions tailored to each child’s unique needs.
  • Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a fun, supportive environment.
  • Foster a positive, engaging relationship with your clients to champion their independence.
  • Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress to celebrate every victory.
  • Collaborate with your BCBA and the interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust plans.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers, sharing updates and strategies.
  • Keep accurate documentation of your sessions and data collection.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
