We are growing and looking for a Senior Interior Recruitment Consultant*** We are looking for a Senior Interior Recruitment Consultant to join our team of 9, and continue to provide bespoke service to our clients, and support crew on their professional journeys. This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Interior Recruitment Consultant. Recruitment Consultant will be in charge of their own desk as well as clients, with the assistance of 2 junior recruiters, and 2 admin assistants for certificates and reference checks. Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates, to successful placements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Offering career guidance and support candidates with their career progression. Keeping up-to-date with yachting industry trends and expanding your professional network. Background in yacht crew recruitment is a must! Unlimited earning potential with a base salary plus commissions on placements and new leads.
