We are looking for a Senior Interior Recruitment Consultant to join our team of 9, and continue to provide bespoke service to our clients, and support crew on their professional journeys.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Interior Recruitment Consultant. The Recruitment Consultant will be in charge of their own desk as well as clients, with the assistance of 2 junior recruiters, and 2 admin assistants for certificates and reference checks.
Your role will involve:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates, to successful placements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Offering career guidance and supporting candidates with their career progression.
- Keeping up-to-date with yachting industry trends and expanding your professional network.
Requirements
- Background in yacht crew recruitment is a must!
- Strong communicational and people skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of service for both clients and candidates.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to ever changing requirements.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented person.
- Preference for candidates based in the UK, EU or SA time zones.
