We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Team Leader to join our specialist children’s residential service in Rochester. This is an exciting opportunity to support vulnerable children and young people while developing your career within a growing and ambitious organisation.
Working closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting staff and ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.
Salary: £40,000 per annum (inclusive of sleep-ins) and includes up to 8 sleep-ins per month. If fewer than 8 sleep-ins are available, your salary will not be reduced. Additional sleep-ins are paid at £50 per sleep-in and any hours worked above contracted monthly hours will be paid at your standard hourly rate.
