We are looking for caring, resilient and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team that is committed to helping vulnerable children and young people achieve positive outcomes and build brighter futures.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and structured environment where young people can develop confidence, resilience, independence and essential life skills. You will support them to engage in education, leisure activities, personal development opportunities and everyday experiences that help them reach their full potential.
Salary 35,360 per annum and includes up to 8 sleep-ins per month. If fewer than 8 sleep-ins are available, your salary will not be reduced. Additional sleep-ins are paid at 50 per sleep-in and any hours worked above your contracted monthly hours will be paid at your standard hourly rate.
