This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled, analytical, and entrepreneurial individual with a systems-level perspective on both public and private healthcare. You’ll be hands-on in a small, ambitious team, helping to drive clinical trials, real-world pilots, grants bids and funding strategy.
Responsibilities:- Clinical Study Management: Plan, organise, and coordinate clinical trials, including managing relationships with regulatory and clinical stakeholders.
- Regulatory Management: Plan, organise, and coordinate the regulatory strategy.
- Admin: Coordinate schedules, streamline processes and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Grant Writing: Craft creative, high-impact grant proposals to secure UK and global funding.
- Project Management: Responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s different projects, such as clinical trials, regulatory, and commercial strategy.
- Presentation and Communication: Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills to effectively convey strategic plans and insights to a variety of audiences.
- Stakeholder management: Lead and manage projects with our key stakeholders and partners, including the NHS, MIT, and Harvard.
- Event Participation: Play a proactive role in organising and participating in customer webinars, events, market studies, and interactions with analysts.
- 1–3 years’ experience in operations, grant writing, clinical project management, or healthcare/medtech startups.
- Demonstrated systems-thinking and an understanding of the macroeconomic landscape in healthcare.
- Experience in remote/distributed teams and comfort with digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and highly proactive.
- Genuine ambition to build a career in medtech/health innovation.
- Aptitude to work in an early stage start up.
