Completions Technician (Secured Lending & Repossession Sales)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Completions Technician to join our friendly Secured Lending & Repossession Sales team.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the fee earners in the department, mainly dealing with payments and step one Retention of Titles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring the payments inbox
  • Answering payment queries from lender clients
  • Liaising with the accounts department
  • Dealing with client receipts and client accounts
  • General administrative support, copying and scanning as needed
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Previous accounts/ledger experience is essential with a strong administrative background.
  • Excellent client care and customer service skills are required
  • High level of accuracy with solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude
  • Ability to be proactive when needed
  • Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced working environment

This is a full-time permanent position in one of our Thame offices, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
