We have an exciting opportunity for a Completions Technician to join our friendly Secured Lending & Repossession Sales team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the fee earners in the department, mainly dealing with payments and step one Retention of Titles.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring the payments inbox
- Answering payment queries from lender clients
- Liaising with the accounts department
- Dealing with client receipts and client accounts
- General administrative support, copying and scanning as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous accounts/ledger experience is essential with a strong administrative background.
- Excellent client care and customer service skills are required
- High level of accuracy with solid written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude
- Ability to be proactive when needed
- Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced working environment
This is a full-time permanent position in one of our Thame offices, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
