We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our friendly Secured Lending & Repossession Sales team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the fee earners and paralegals in the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and fielding client calls
- Opening new files and closing files when a matter is complete
- Drafting and sending reports to lender clients
- Dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions
- Copying and scanning as needed

- Excellent client care and customer service skills are required
- Previous administrative support experience required
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

This is a full-time permanent position in one of our Thame offices, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
