The Business Development Associate will be responsible for engaging businesses operating car and van fleets, identifying opportunities where Lightfoot’s technology delivers clear value, and securing meetings that lead to product demonstrations and sales. Working as an integral part of our ambitious sales team, the role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt messaging to a diverse customer base, and a highly organised approach to managing prospects. Success will be measured by the ability to generate high-quality leads, build strong initial relationships, and contribute directly to the team’s growth targets. This position offers the chance to play a pivotal role in expanding Lightfoot’s market presence and accelerating adoption of our technology.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Location: Remote or hybrid working available from our Exeter, Devon office
