The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated Junior Account Manager to join our Graphic Design department on a 3-month fixed term contract. With a variety of clients and projects, you will possess excellent communication and organisational skills. You will support the Account Management Team and the Head of the Graphic and Motion Design in delivering high-quality design projects, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in coordinating assets, timelines and project information, helping to keep creative projects running efficiently and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone with proven studio experience who understands creative workflows and thrives in a fast-paced design environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn how a multidisciplinary studio delivers successful projects to all our clients across a multitude of industries. You will want to work within a supportive and collaborative environment and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows. You will need a keen eye for detail and produce work to the highest possible standard in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Account Manager with managing client accounts within the Graphic Design department and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Help keep project timelines, schedules and milestones on track across multiple projects.
- Attend client meetings and share updates clearly with internal teams.
- Ensure all client assets, content and feedback for the Graphic Design Team are received, organised and distributed accurately.
- Take meeting notes and share essential information with relevant departments.
- Assist with proposals, reports and project updates for clients.
- Support budget tracking and financial updates as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party contributors to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Contribute creative ideas in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Maintain accurate timesheets and help uphold company standards for deliverables.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 18 months’ experience in an agency, studio or creative industry environment.
- Experience working within or alongside a graphic design or creative team.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, flexible and proactive mindset.
- Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Positive, proactive and willing to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
