Lightening Logistics is seeking self-employed drivers that have held their FULL license (manual) for a minimum of 3 years with a maximum of 6 points, 23 years of age and above and are fluent in English. If you are hard-working and able to provide your services in a fast-paced, pressurised environment then we are keen to utilise your services!

- Induction days are provided for those without delivery experience.
- Amazon-branded vans equipped with the latest technology (both electric vehicles and diesel).
- Adhere to all safety regulations on the road.
- Operate a mobile device for GPS and daily records.
- Greet and interact with customers and the public with a professional and positive attitude.

- Route duration is 9 hours.
- 23 years of age or higher is required due to our insurance policy.
- Full manual UK/EU Driving License held for a minimum of 3 years.
- UK resident for a minimum of 1 year.
- No more than 6 penalty points within the past 3 years. NO other endorsements like TT, DA, IN codes.
- Not banned from driving within the past 5 years.
- No more than 1 fault claim within the past 2 years.
- All non-spent criminal convictions must be referred to underwriters.
- Independent problem solver with good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- The ability to be able to use stairs to deliver packages.
- Able to lift and deliver packages up to 25kgs.
- Will be required to use a smart phone with the relevant apps provided.
- Drug and alcohol tests will be undertaken and are mandatory.
- Weekend work is required.
