Volunteer Content Writer and Editorial Assistant

We’re building a modern media group focused on engineering, science, aerospace, robotics, infrastructure, and everything in between. Our flagship publication, Mach Speed, brings clarity and narrative power to complex technologies and the people behind them.
Now, we’re looking for a passionate and sharp Content Writer and Editorial Assistant to help us tell those stories. Please note that this role is not currently paid.
Location: London, United Kingdom (Remote work possible)

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Write articles, interviews, and features focused on engineering.
- Research and fact‑check technical subjects with accuracy and clarity.
- Help manage editorial calendars, source stories, and prepare content for publication.
- Assist with newsletter production and social media posts.
- Work closely with the founder and editorial team to refine Lightbulb’s voice and reach.
Requirements
