Want to work for a quality digital agency in the heart of Manchester? Of course you do.
Well, this is probably a good time to admit that we don’t have a slide, a grass wall, or a foozball table. But we do have a small team that are dedicated to bringing some spice back into marketing.
Being a small team means you’ll be responsible for big decisions which will dictate the direction of the business, so this role would suit someone who is confident, accountable, packed with initiative, and who is willing to take full ownership of their client accounts.
We work with a wide range of clients from SMEs to 8-9 figure global brands, and have driven over £300m in revenue to date from our campaigns. Working across multiple industries means you’ll need to be a strong communicator that is comfortable switching between personas (come at us, sociopaths)
But seriously, you could well be selling insurance in the morning & vibrators in the afternoon, and we really don’t want to mix those ads up again...
What you’ll be doing
- Ideation, creation and management of Paid Search campaigns across Google & Microsoft Ads.
- Ignoring every single one of the incessant calls, emails & recommendations from Google\'s outsourced call centre \"growth team\".
- Installing and monitoring tracking pixels & events using GA4 & Google Tag Manager.
- Using feed management tools like Producthero & DataFeedWatch to segment and develop high-performing product feeds that look sexy in SERPs and drive clicks.
- Using scripts to extract data, set alerts & improve campaign efficiency.
- Working with the design team to create scroll-stopping PMax creatives & Shopping images.
- Writing top tier ad copy that doesn\'t sound like the illegitimate lovechild of a B2B whitepaper & ShatGPT.
- Consistently A/B testing campaign types, copy, assets & strategies to produce the best possible results for our clients.
- Analysing data and providing performance insights & strategic recommendations to the wider Paid Media team.
- Creating and presenting regular performance reports using tools like Swydo, Triplewhale, Lifetimely & Storehero.
