This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team laser focused on achieving results and driving partner and operator growth. The Commercial Enablement Lead sits within the Partners team and plays a critical role in maximising partner revenue through effective operator commercialisation. Acting as the bridge between Partners and our operator-facing commercial teams, this role ensures opportunities are clearly positioned, actively progressed and successfully delivered.

With a hybrid commercial skillset, you will support the full lifecycle of commercial opportunities, from identifying and shaping propositions, to selling them into operators, through to execution and ensuring value creation across the ecosystem. You will be the go-to partner commercialisation lead for all external operator communication and a key contributor in operator-facing meetings, ensuring partners are consistently and effectively sold in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue by proactively identifying, pitching and closing partner-led commercial opportunities across operators and markets.
  • Work closely with Partner Managers and Commercial.
