Position SummaryAt Light & Wonder, quality is at the heart of every great player experience. As a Quality Assurance Software Tester, you'll play a key role in ensuring our games perform exactly as intended before reaching players around the world.
Working closely with developers, artists and product teams, you'll test game functionality, usability, performance and compliance requirements, identifying issues and helping deliver reliable, engaging, high-quality gaming experiences. We're looking for someone who is passionate about gaming, naturally curious, detail-oriented and motivated to continuously improve the quality of our products and processes.
This role is fully onsite at our Chadderton office, five days per week.
Regular onsite working is essential as you'll , test gaming hardware and software, on our machines. Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Verify games meet product requirements, quality standards and regulatory expectations.
Identify, reproduce and document software defects clearly and accurately.
Investigate and reproduce issues reported from the field and provide detailed findings.
Perform regression testing to verify fixes and ensure product stability.
Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting testing deadlines.
Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
Contribute ideas to improve testing approaches, tools and QA processes.
Provide testing support across different Light & Wonder teams as required.
Complete additional testing activities assigned by Senior Testers and Test Leads.
What You'll BringA genuine passion for gaming and a strong interest in delivering exceptional player experiences.
Experience working within software testing or quality assurance environments.
Understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes and software development lifecycles.
Experience executing functional, usability and performance testing.
Confidence working independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility and adaptability to support a variety of testing activities and priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Ability to learn new products, systems and testing tools quickly.
Experience using TestRail and or JiraQualificationsHow You'll Grow: Develop expertise in gaming product testing, compliance and quality processes.
