Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver innovative mechanical and electromechanical solutions for new products and product enhancements, aligning with project requirements and business objectives.
- Create high‑quality, detailed CAD models and design data to support the development of industry‑leading electronic gaming machines.
- Translate project briefs, requirements documents, and engineering inputs into practical, manufacturable design solutions.
- Produce clear, accurate design documentation for internal teams, suppliers, and third‑party partners, ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, providing realistic timelines and progress updates throughout the design lifecycle.
- Contribute to project planning, offering insightful input on feasibility, risks, and technical considerations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally by attending project meetings and actively contributing ideas, solutions, and expertise.
- Gather, interpret, and document customer requirements (both internal and external), ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the development process.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Proven experience using 3D CAD tools, ideally SolidWorks.
- A broad understanding of multiple engineering disciplines, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical design scenarios.
- Strong knowledge of design for manufacture (DFM) principles and value engineering approaches.
- A hands‑on mindset, with experience supporting workshop prototyping and product development.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.
- Experience within the gaming industry (desirable but not essential).
- Familiarity with PLM Manufacturing systems and an understanding of electrical connectivity (advantageous).

- A degree or HNC/D in Mechanical Engineering.
