As our next Managing Director, EMEA, you'll drive commercial outcomes, lead high‐performing teams, and shape strategy for one of the world's most dynamic gaming markets. You'll be the face of Light & Wonder across EMEA, forging key partnerships, setting commercial direction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

The Managing Director, EMEA for Gaming should be a talented, multifaceted leader who can lead strong, smart leaders that need to be challenged and stretched. The leader will bring P&L discipline to focus on both the top‐line and bottom‐line in partnership with the Gaming CFO. They should be a strategic commercial leader with a track record of success in business growth and leadership in a highly matrixed and complex environment.

The Gaming division comes from a legacy of acquisitions and infrastructure and this person should be a culture carrier to bring more of a cultural identity to the team as well as integrate and automate technology. The successful candidate must be an outstanding people leader, and could develop, deploy, and manage a senior leadership team. They should hold a high bar on performance.

Knowledge And Experience
  • Proven hands‐on leader as a GM of major business unit or region with a strong track record of execution while increasing shareholder/stakeholder value.
  • A track record of working in the EMEA marketplace.
  • Excellent track record of business performance and driving continued growth and operational excellence, including exposure to best practice environments.
  • Track record of key customer, relationship and account management.
  • Familiarity with highly regulated markets.
  • Strong financial acumen and track record of developing accurate quantitative plans.
  • Experienced in commercial negotiations and structures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the Board, Senior Management, and key Stakeholders.
  • Metrics driven (financial performance, customer engagement, etc.).
  • Track record of change management.
  • Provides clear leadership to a business unit in a variety of related areas.
