  • Execute new shop installations to the highest standards.

  • Supervise the coordinated removal of equipment from customer premises.

  • Foster and maintain positive customer relationships, providing comprehensive operating procedures, event instructions, and updates on new software/hardware.

  • Conduct routine shop visits and maintenance as directed by the Line Manager.

  • Log and address concerns, incidents, and customer feedback.

This role requires travel within the designated geography, with occasional travel to other areas for coverage. A commitment of 40 hours per week is expected, following a rolling 5 days out of 7 days working pattern. Light & Wonder provides a company van, mobile phone, tablet, and all necessary equipment.

  • Passion for technology with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

  • Strong customer service skills with clear and confident communication abilities.

  • Exceptional time management skills and a goal-oriented approach to work.

  • Possession of a full UK driving license.

  • Relevant qualifications will be considered; limited experience may be acceptable.

  • Ideally, previous experience in a technical role, particularly within the gaming/electronics or IT sector.
