The Commercial Enablement Lead sits within the Partners team and plays a critical role in maximising partner revenue through effective operator commercialisation. Acting as the bridge between Partners and our operator‑facing commercial teams, this role ensures opportunities are clearly positioned, actively progressed and successfully delivered. With a hybrid commercial skillset, you will support the full lifecycle of commercial opportunities, from identifying and shaping propositions, to selling them into operators, through to execution and ensuring value creation across the ecosystem. You will be the go‑to partner commercialisation lead for all external operator communication and a key contributor in operator‑facing meetings, ensuring partners are consistently and effectively sold in.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by proactively identifying, pitching and closing partner‑led commercial opportunities across operators and markets.
- Work closely with Partner Managers and Commercial Account Managers to drive partner opportunities through the full commercial lifecycle, from pipeline creation and positioning to deal close and delivery.
- Support operator‑facing meetings alongside our Commercial teams, selling in partner propositions, roadmaps and commercial value.
- Ensure all opportunities are clearly owned, accurately forecasted, rigorously tracked and converted with strong accountability and follow‑through.
- Identify and execute upsell, cross‑sell, new market and collaboration opportunities to accelerate partner and operator growth.
- Work cross‑functionally with Commercial, Product, Legal and Delivery teams to remove blockers, maintain momentum and ensure successful execution.
