iGaming: If it’s iGaming, we know a thing or two. At Light & Wonder, it’s all about the games, and our digital team leads the global iGaming market, providing jaw-dropping content and innovative software that powers the world's most successful online gaming providers.

Position Summary

Light & Wonder is a leading technology and entertainment business, creating new worlds where players can immerse themselves in dynamic casino, online, and mobile games. Driven by curiosity and ambition, our nearly 5,000 Creators span six continents and share one goal: to push the boundaries of what is possible in gaming.

Our Partner Operations function is the operational engine behind how Light & Wonder works with the Partners who bring their content to our distribution platform — getting great games into the hands of operators worldwide. We need someone who picks things up and drives them to completion — someone who treats blockers as their personal problem to solve, operates across Legal, Commercial, Technology, Finance, and external Partners simultaneously without dropping a thread, and has the seniority, the industry knowledge, and the relentlessness to make things happen in a complex, fast-moving environment.

The Partner Operations function manages the commercial and operational relationships with the Partners on our platform. This role owns the programme delivery of that function, with a specific focus on new market entries — the highest-stakes workstreams we run. You will need to understand how regulated markets work: not at a surface level, but at the level of someone who has been in the room when a licence stalls, an integration hits a compliance wall, or a commercial agreement needs to move faster than the process allows.

New Market Entry & Expansion

  • Lead the operational delivery of new market entry programmes — coordinating across Legal, Compliance, Commercial, Technology, and external Partners to ensure licences, integrations, and commercial agreements move in parallel and on time.
  • Own the programme plan for each active market entry — milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and blockers — and drive it to completion.

Operational Programme Delivery

  • Own the Partner Operations programme portfolio — ensuring every active workstream has a clear priority, a plan, an owner, and a current status.
  • Prioritise ruthlessly. Keep the function focused on what matters most, in the right sequence, with the right people engaged.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Commercial, and Technology, as well as with external Partners.
  • Communicate programme status clearly and proactively — escalating risks, flagging decisions needed, and ensuring no one is surprised.

Documentation & Process

  • Drive the documentation of Partner Operations processes and market entry playbooks — reducing reliance on tribal knowledge and enabling the function to scale.
  • Identify the most important process gaps, prioritise them, and own the work to close them.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a programme or project management role, with a track record of cross-functional delivery in complex environments.
  • Direct experience in iGaming or an adjacent regulated industry is required — you need to understand how these markets work from the inside.
  • Hands-on experience with regulated market operations — licensing frameworks, compliance requirements, or market entry — is required, not preferred.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management experience.
  • Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP) is an advantage.
