We have an exciting opportunity for a Spark team! In this role, you’ll lead and manage 100+ game releases across 20+ jurisdictions, collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical teams. This role requires a strong communicator adept at managing diverse stakeholders and capable of driving game releases to successful delivery within challenging timelines.
Responsibilities of a Release Manager:
- Drive the design and implementation of automation and AI-assisted workflows to enhance release readiness, streamline ticket creation, synchronize roadmaps across platforms, and automate configuration tasks improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across all game releases.
Essential Skills:
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Effective stakeholder management, demonstrating the ability to manage expectations and foster trust with diverse teams.
- Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and propose innovative solutions.
