Position Summary

Light & Wonder is a leading technology and entertainment business, creating new worlds where players can immerse themselves in dynamic casino, online, and mobile games. Driven by curiosity and ambition, our nearly 5,000 Creators span six continents and share one goal: to push the boundaries of what is possible in gaming.

Our Partner Operations function is the operational engine behind how Light & Wonder works with the Partners who bring their content to our distribution platform — getting great games into the hands of operators worldwide. We are looking for an organised, proactive Partner Operations Executive to join our team in Chiswick — supporting the delivery of process improvement initiatives and providing flexible operational support across the Partner Operations function.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will work across a range of tasks and initiatives — maintaining systems and trackers, supporting process rollouts, coordinating with internal teams, and picking up what is needed to keep things moving. This role suits someone who is comfortable with variety, manages their own workload without being chased, and gets satisfaction from making things more organised. If something needs doing, you do it.

Operational Support

  • Take ownership of clearly scoped tasks across Partner Operations and see them through to completion.
  • Manage your own workload in line with agreed priorities, delivering the most important items first and flagging early when capacity or deadlines are at risk.
  • Pick up requests from the Senior Operations Manager and the wider team quickly, delivering to a consistent standard.
  • Keep systems and trackers accurate and up to date, ensuring visibility always reflects reality.
  • Prepare internal reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates as needed.
  • Handle Partner-facing communications, ensuring Light & Wonder is easy to work with.

Process Improvement Support

  • Own clearly defined workstreams within process improvement initiatives and deliver them end to end, without needing to be chased.
  • Contribute to process mapping — documenting how things currently work, identifying gaps, and helping to draft improved workflows.
  • Prepare documentation and guidance materials for process changes, and communicate changes to the relevant teams.
  • Monitor adoption of updated processes and tools, flagging where things are not being used as intended.
  • Tackle known friction points through pragmatic changes — flagging issues and proposing fixes as you find them, not waiting to be asked.

Tooling & Administration

  • Maintain shared trackers, dashboards, and logs in Jira, Monday.com, and Salesforce — keeping data accurate and current.
  • Make day-to-day configuration changes to shared tools — workflows, fields, and templates — within agreed parameters.
  • Flag gaps or inconsistencies in existing trackers and processes, and suggest improvements.
  • Own day-to-day tooling changes that fall below the threshold for formal project management.

Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of experience in an operations, project support, administration, or commercial support role — or a recent graduate with a strong placement in a relevant environment.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience; business, finance, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills and a track record of managing multiple priorities accurately.
  • Some exposure to process improvement, project coordination, or analytical work is desirable.
  • Experience within technology, gaming, SaaS, or media is a plus but not required.

Why would you enjoy working with us at Light & Wonder?

  • Competitive benefits, an open and supportive environment as well as a modern and exciting workplace.
  • The opportunity to interact with global teams on a regular basis.
  • Tangible and genuine development - at Light & Wonder, you can take your career where you want it to go!

And if that’s not enough; you will get to enjoy a stunning work location and flexible working practices whilst we provide you with the guidance and development skills you need to progress quickly and enhance your career.
