Light & Wonder is a global leader in iGaming providing innovative software and content for online gaming providers.
We are seeking a Head of Partnerships / Studios to join the Playzido team. In this senior role you will manage strategic relationships and day-to-day operations with all studios in the Playzido network, and collaborate with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly reviews with studios to discuss game performance, identify improvement areas and explore business development opportunities.
- Develop performance scorecards with key KPIs for each studio to enable data-driven decisions and prioritisation.
- Refine and implement the onboarding framework to manage studios, improving operational practice and efficiencies.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new studios.
- Collaborate with Playzido Project Managers and studios to plan and manage studio deliverables for all games.
- Identify, manage risks and, where appropriate, elevate issues.
- Establish clear expectations and ensure accountability among team members.
- Regularly update studios on game delivery progress and communicate any issues or risks.
- Proactively provide continuous improvement by investigating ways to enhance processes and tools.
- Facilitate forums to enhance game delivery with studios and ensure outcomes are actionable with agreed ownership.
- Stay informed about regulatory and product requirements, and clearly communicate their impact on each studio.
- Attend and represent Playzido at industry events and coordinate partner events.
Qualifications
- Experience managing partnerships and B2B account management concepts.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Impeccable organisation and communication skills, able to describe technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Fast-working, accurate and professional.
- Great at working with others, proactive with ideas and solutions.
- Commercially astute, approaches problems and opportunities from the perspective of casino strategy.
- Experience working within a regulated online environment where certification and regulation is integral to the process.
- Knowledge of the gambling industry (specifically casino).
