Light Tree Technology (LTT) works with brands from all over the world. We develop custom consumer and medical devices that are being sold online and offline. This development is often a R&D sprint, designing a prototype, receiving Regulatory approval and getting it ready for production. A fast and creative process, realising the next generation product for a brand.
In our International Sales team we are looking for an experienced and ambitious International sales person.
So, what will you do exactly?
As an international sales person you will be responsible for maximizing order intake, sales, account management and customer satisfaction whilst developing and optimizing the customer relationship in order to ensure long-term profitability. While reporting to the CEO, you are responsible for collecting feedback, visiting customers, pitching our services as well as attending trade shows. You are responsible for ensuring the pipeline, working with our funnel management tool and analyzing win & loss deals, expectations, market, competition, trends and revenue target.
Your main tasks will include:
- Sales, sales, sales
- Acquiring new customers
- Making offers and quotes for existing customers
- Creativity in sales and meetings
- Pre-marketing activities to create brand awareness
- Collaborating in a pro-active way with existing and new customers to improve sales results
- Ensuring the pipeline
- Customer satisfaction
- Travel internationally for tradeshows and customer visits
- Meet your sales target
Your skillset should include:
- You have affinity for technology and product development
- Knowledge and interest in the beauty, sport/health, and medical industry
- Proven experience in sales in the field of beauty, sport, medical and product development and manufacturing.
- A completed higher professional education with relevant work experience
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a sales position
- You are entrepreneurial and a good negotiator with insight and analytical skills
- Flexible and positive attitude, ambitious and willing to learn
- You like to think with the customer and have a high problem-solving capacity
- You work precisely, you’re social and stress resistant
- You have good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English is a must.
- You are conscientious and well organised
- Ability to work in an international team and independently
- Willing to travel for work frequently
