Light Project Peterborough is seeking a dedicated worker to build professional relationships with people experiencing homelessness or vulnerability in Peterborough. You will deliver practical, person-centred support at the Garden House and in community settings, assess needs, and help access housing, health and benefits while maintaining professional boundaries.
You will collaborate with staff, volunteers and partner organisations, maintain case notes and participate in supervision.
