Our products are based on emerging scientific research into the biological effects of specific wavelengths of light. We work closely with leading academic researchers and have developed products that are now sold internationally, supported by a growing global network of resellers. As the business expands, we are looking for an exceptional individual to become a key member of our small team and take a leading role in its day-to-day operation and future growth. The role This is not a conventional administrative position. We are looking for someone who combines excellent organisational and administrative ability with initiative, commercial awareness and entrepreneurial flair . Working closely with the directors and other members of our small team, you will take responsibility for a wide range of activities involved in running and developing the business. The role will initially include: Managing day-to-day customer enquiries and email correspondence Carrying out and improving routine business administration Helping coordinate orders, customers, suppliers and other business activities Developing strong relationships with our international resellers Helping manage and expand our growing global reseller network
