LightiQ is an award-winning independent lighting design consultancy with a subsidiary in Italy and offices in Asia and North America. Our work encompasses the creation of innovative and inspirational lighting projects in the UK and overseas, from concept stage to completion.

This position is ideal for a meticulous professional with a background in the administrative or bidding side of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. We are looking for a highly organized individual who has strong commercial writing skills and a persuasive nature.

The Bid Coordinator’s primary role is to assist the Senior Management Team drive business growth by supporting our clients with engaging, prompt and clear communication and managing the bid process from receiving an enquiry through to a signed contract. This is a multi-faceted role that combines business development, client liaison, financial expertise in project costing, contract and risk management.

The primary responsibility for this role is to respond to new leads, analyse RFPs, create fee proposals in collaboration with directors and manage the process to a successful outcome. The design associates and senior designers manage the projects and design outcomes; the Bid Coordinator’s focus is to be involved in the financial, contractual, risk, planning and execution of all our projects.
