Light Ideas International Ltd is a long established company with over 25 years in the exterior lighting sector selling the well-known, luxury Hunza Lighting brand, which is manufactured in New Zealand. Light Ideas is the sole importer of Hunza lighting for the whole of the UK and Europe.
We are looking for a sales representative to come and work alongside our team of 5 sales representatives and sales support. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate with the UK & European lighting market at their fingertips. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work on their own initiative and be very driven, focused and dedicated.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate leads and encourage repeat business.
- Demonstrate the products either by field or Zoom meetings with architects, lighting designers & specifiers, project managers & planners, and electricians.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales is essential; experience in lighting or electrics would also be advantageous.
- Confident in communication, excellent telephone manner & self-driven.
- A full UK Licence is essential.
- Managing time and priorities effectively.
- Addressing customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise while assisting the customer to purchase the product.
Full product training will be supplied. This is a full-time, permanent role with a company vehicle for all client meetings. Basic Salary is £35k + commission with an OTE of proven £50k+.
