We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting the Kitchen Manager, and maintaining high standards across the kitchen.

The Role

As Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll support kitchen operations across all shifts, helping to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency. You’ll take a hands-on approach, motivate the team, and play an active role in delivering fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen
  • The ability to run kitchen sections while maintaining excellent food standards
  • A proactive approach to supporting the Kitchen Manager with daily operations
