Join Ligentia! Are you an organised and proactive professional with a passion for sales support? We are seeking a Sales Administrator to play a vital role in our UK Business Development team. This position is crucial for enabling our sales team to focus on strategic client engagement by providing seamless administrative and lead management support, directly contributing to our growth targets and ensuring a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead & Prospect Management: Support the sales team in generating and qualifying leads, identifying new prospects, and managing initial outreach data.
  • Sales Support: Assist with SME quotations, warm up new relationships, set appointments, and coordinate follow-up communications for prospects.
  • CRM Ownership: Take ownership of CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate entry, consistent updates, and generating key sales reports and dashboards. You'll also be involved in CRM training and maintenance.
  • Internal & External Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication with internal sales teams and overseas partners to ensure seamless workflow and information exchange.

What You'll Bring:

Essential

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar fast-paced sales support or administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product and service value.
  • Proven IT skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise, react positively to change, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.

  • Experience within the supply chain or logistics industry.
